Five Power Principles Successful Entrepreneurs Know And Use To Create Immense Wealth.

Five Power Principles Successful Entrepreneurs Know And Use To Create Immense Wealth.

#1 Process Comes Before Outcomes.

No field of human endeavour is completely isolated from all others. Parallels arise in sports from which wealth creators can learn interesting things.

Take this principle of focussing on process before outcome to build your financial freedom. Whilst not wishing to compare boxers of different eras or weight divisions, it is true to say that over the years a few proud men stand far above their peers as successful boxers. What such men have is a true gladiatorial spirit. They are all possessed of a passion for what they call ring craft The art of the ring.

These sportsmen become very wealthy, not because of focussing on the money but rather by concentrating on the process of perfecting their ring craft and survival skills inside the ropes. In return, they reap the rewards of huge pay days and corresponding wealth.

#2 Prove Your Business Idea Early On.

Entrepreneurs, who want a proven and successful wealth creating process, need to follow a critical sequence of events.

Proof of concept starts when you identify a market opportunity, gap or niche.

Design the products and services with which to fill the identified market gap.

Test drive the products to ensure they are “fit for market purpose.”

The proof stage should be a small scale preview of the main show. This is where you test ideas before spending a fortune and then finding out it does not fly.

#3 Expand Your Business.

If your idea fails even one of the proof of concept phases ditch the idea. If however, it passes all three stages then you are ready to expand your wealth creating machine. Business expansion is not the same as overstretching your resources. It is a planned process.

You can expand your business vertically or horizontally. The former involves growing the business in its “core” sector. The latter involves growing your wealth creating machine by diversification into other sectors.

Within each of these growth models, two critical sub processes are at work. Both rely on building effective human relationships. On the one hand, you must build and maintain harmonious customer service and customer relationships. On the other hand, you must engage effectively with your employees.

#4 Give The Customer What The Customer Wants.

Trying to lead the market carries the huge danger that your products and services may have no market credibility and worse no commercial viability. The marketplace simply ignores your solutions.

The issue here is, “Do you invent first and market second, or do you find the market need first and then develop a solution?”

You should find the market need or gap first and then plug the gap with your product or service.

Your wealth creating machine must adapt and be alive to changing market conditions and needs. “Inventing a wheel” is a once in a lifetime affair best left to a few very creative individuals.

How To Get The Entrepreneur’s Magic

Have you ever noticed how highly successful entrepreneurs seem to attract success as if by magic, while others struggle as if the odds are stacked heavily against them?
What do you think is the key element that allows their almost effortless success?

Is it their background?
Well, a recent study of a group of successful entrepreneurs revealed that they all came from a range of different backgrounds, some from very poor backgrounds. Despite the different circumstances from where they started, they were still able to attract success. So, having a privilege background is no guarantee of success.

Is it their brain power?
Quite a few of them had very little formal education at a high level when they started out on their road to success.

Is it that they bought lots of personal development CDs and books?
Some of them had never even heard of goal setting!!

Is it the quality of the support they receive from friends and family?
No, some were discouraged by friends or family for trying to change their current circumstances.

Is it that they were loved more as children?
A few of them were orphans and had a pretty miserable childhood.

Is it that they dont watch TV or avoid reading the papers?
No, they read the newspapers, and watched television.

So, if none of these factors directly contributed to their success, how were these entrepreneurs all with different circumstances, able to achieve their dreams of creating wealth?

If you were to gather them all in a room and ask the question, What is the secret to your success?,the answers would be all different. But, if you looked a little closer at the answers, you would discover one key ingredient. It wouldnt be obvious at first, but it would be very evident.

And that key ingredient would be fear.

Fear is an important part of success, and its fear that keeps so many of us from reaching our goals, or fulfilling our dreams.

Learning how to conquer your fears is a very big part of attracting the success into your life that seems to have been eluding you. Its a key ingredient that entrepreneurs have to master on their path to success.

Given their varying backgrounds, entrepreneurs were pushed into action by the fear of not achieving their goals and the consequences of failure.

Achieve Entrepreneur Success Get In Focus

Enlarge your entrepreneur focus and make visualizations an important part of your new daily routine. Entrepreneur success comes from having a vision, a clear mental picture of exactly what it is that you intend to realize. You have to be able to see it in your mind before you can achieve it. Imagine the outcome that you want, always focus on what you want and not the one you don’t want.

Visualise with perfect focus. Don’t just think and picture what you want in a unclear way, form the details, the feel, the colour. The more details you can place on it the clearer you will see it and the more real it becomes to you in your mind’s eye. It is without doubt one of the key critical success factors for entrepreneur success.

Most people if they would like success will generalize much too much. If you would like to have what is called success then you have to be very exact as to what you are calling success. How will you know when you have it? What will it feel like? What will you see and be when you have it? What is your measure for success? What do you need to do to achieve it?

When you take a photo and it is out of focus that photograph will permanently be hazy and out of focus. The same applies to your visualizations. When you visualise something and fail to put the details in it, it will at all times be a hazy idea without any clarity. Give your brain precise mental pictures of what you would like and your imagination will respond accordingly.

It is not about living in a dream world, it is making mental pictures of your desired outcomes. The bolder you make your images, giving them colour and making them real to you, then the more powerful you will feel towards them. Whatever you can think and believe you will be able to accomplish.

Condition yourself to expect your entrepreneur success. Almost all of the limitations that we place on ourselves are the effect of our self images. However we see ourselves, we live our life, so by changing your images you start the process of changing your self beliefs and your expectations.

Success is a habit, it is the result of developing an attitude. Attitudes are simply habits in the mind. Create your success habit in your mind, spend a few minutes each day and develop your mental picture. It is a critical success factor for your entrepreneur success.

Benefits of an Entrepreneur MBA with a Real World Focus

Schools that focus on the real world aspects of business tend to offer their students certain advantages that they might not be able to get anywhere else, and this might just assist them in becoming the best entrepreneurs that they can be. An entrepreneur MBA might outline some of the most imperative facets of business and instruct students on what they need to know to handle many of the challenges they will face as they enter into the business world, but will it give students the best chances of competing with those that have more experience? In order to have a fighting chance of beating the competition, students need to be taught what the more experienced professionals already know, and so the focus needs to be placed on real world facets of this industry.

1.Deal With Real Problems

Businesses that learn from the mistakes of others tend to struggle less when it comes to finding success, but those that have to find their way through trial and error could end up falling by the wayside at any point. A school that teaches students how to deal with the challenges that are constantly arising within the world of business is usually one that provides them with the tools that they need to succeed.

2.Shape New and Creative Business Models

The professional world has altered the traditional business model over and over again, and what used to work well is now outdated. One of the exciting facets of this business is the fact that individuals from all spheres can contribute to new developments; all it takes is some creativity and the willingness to learn from what others have accomplished.

3.Keep Up With The Evolution Of Business

Due to the constant evolution of this industry, it is imperative that professionals who are choosing to enter into this field understand the need to keep up with the pace. Entrepreneur Make It Big in Restaurant Business Is Now Venturing Into Internet Marketing Business

It is always inspiring to hear personal business stories of entrepreneurs who overcame all odds and doubts in venturing into business and make it big. Last Sunday, I just read about how a 35 years old Thai Express Founder Ivan Lee, who started his F & B business with $300K and eventually sold his controlling stake for a sizeable $114 million in the process netting himself $80 million.

What was even more impressive was Ivan had no background or experience in F & B business before he first ventured into his first F & B business. Despite all his doubters, including his family members, about the viability of his business when he first started, he persevered and carried on. Apparently, his father-in-law was also a successful entrepreneur who founded the contract manufacturing firm JIT Holdings and sold it to Fortune 500 company Flextronics for $1 billion in 2000. This deal netted the senior Mr Goh some
$300 million. When starting out, he had benefitted from the financial and advisory support given by his father-in-law, but, subsequently, he went against his father-in-law advise by venturing into other restaurant businesses which were highly successful and are now contributing about two thirds of the business turnovers. An element of luck also play an important part in his business success as he had opened close to 100 stores but about 10 to 20 percent of the stores were not profitable. So he was lucky that his first 10 ventures were successful which provided the cash flow for his subsequent business expansion.

He is now venturing into the internet market in China despite not being in the IT industry. When The Sunday Times journalist contacted him, it found the entrepreneur in Shenzhen, experiencing growing pains all over again. He says that his friends and family are again doubting his new venture. His remark was: “I am a rooke now playing in a much bigger league and I feel like I am nine years back, starting all over again.” This young millionaire is setting his eye on his next big venture where he wants to build the next Baidu (China’s equivalent of Google) or even the next Facebook.

Lesson learnt: To make it big in business you need to be bold, have perseverance and be unique and certainly having financial support from family helps and also an element of luck. He is certainly one hack of a brave entrepreneur!

My advise is learn about internet and social media marketing before plunging into the business and be better prepared for your business venture into the internet marketing world. I am making use of my internet skills to help develop and launch community websites Henley Brunel MBA Alumni (Singapore) and other commercial websites for corporate businesses.

Good luck to all of you out there running your start-up businesses!
